I founded Continuum Medicine to bring more time, context, and continuity to preventive medical care.

Much of modern medicine is fragmented and reactive. Patients may have lab results in one place, imaging in another, specialist opinions elsewhere, and no single physician helping them integrate the full picture over time. Continuum Medicine was created to address that gap.

My background in Emergency Medicine gave me a clear view of the downstream consequences of preventable disease, delayed risk recognition, and rushed medical decision-making. Over time, my work in executive health, value-based care, functional and integrative medicine, and health coaching led me further upstream — toward prevention, health promotion, and long-term physician-patient partnership.
