Continuum Medicine is intentionally small so that care can remain personal, thoughtful, and longitudinal. New patients are seen by referral from existing patients or other healthcare providers. For referred patients, the first step is a brief introductory conversation to understand your health goals, priorities, and readiness for an active physician-patient partnership, and to determine whether the practice’s preventive approach is the right fit.

Continuum Medicine is a direct-pay medical practice. The practice does not bill insurance and does not use a membership or retainer model. Professional time is billed by the quarter hour, with details reviewed directly before care is established.
